Founder’s Story:
CEO O’Keefe West
My name is O’Keefe West (on the left), and I was born in Jamaica before moving to the UK at the age of 12. After excelling in school, I joined the Royal Air Force, where I studied aeronautical engineering and served on a front-line base, working on Chinook helicopters for special forces.
After my time in the military, I transitioned to the insurance industry while helping a close friend build a property business. This experience ignited my passion for real estate, leading me to start my own property management company.
My mission is to provide property owners with stress-free, professional management, using the skills I’ve gained from my military career and business experience. I’m dedicated to maximizing rental potential while ensuring high-quality living standards for tenants.
